Quick Update

Geez, almost 6 months since my last entry.

A lot have happened in the land of Azeroth to Dreadmoon and Co.

I am not longer a part of the Royal Regiment guild, Dread and everyone else moved and in doing so, they become End-Game raiders. E Pluribus Unum is their house now, and Dread the raiding wench!

From starting Karazhan in early February to being in Mount Hyjal and Black Temple! Quite the amazing journey!

It seems that Blizzard is bringing the new talent trees before Wrath of the Lich King is released.

With that in mind, I think Dread will be going for this spec 0/50/11

I am very interested in seeing Improve Mangle and Infected Wounds work together.

At this point in time, I am not sure that Master Shapeshifter is worth 5 points, and I am giving away Intensity for the extra damage that Mangle and wounds will inflict.

Slimme, on her side will be completely dependent on her pet, a "full" beast master spec that goes to 51/10/0

Hopefully, the +5 talent points for the pet will make all the difference for my farming toon.

Ayeela is going for a heavy Demonology spec, 5/51/5. First test, before going full affliction 51/5/5, this spec looks like a nice damage dealer but will require more work.

Happy times!
Went to Karazhan with Royal Regiment for my first time ever last Friday.

I could only stay for 3 bosses: Attumen, Moroes and Maiden of Virtue.

Lucky me I got Royal Cloak of Arathi Kings and the Bracers of Maliciousness both for my DPS set.

I was off-tanking Midnight and Moroes and trash, when my target was down I always switched to DPS to add to the killing.

BTW, after spending close to 700g in Coilfang Armaments I got exalted with Cenarion Expedition and bought my Earthwarden, which, of course, was enchanted with the +35 enchant

I also bought the Idol of Terror and I am amazed at how regularly it procs .

Finally, I also updated my shoulders to the Arena Season 1 Dragonhide ones, I am getting there

Supposedly this week I am starting in a brand new Kara group with Hrathius, so it will be fun.

A lot has happened since the last time I blog here. I will try to make a succinct post about the most relevant events and dig deeper on some of them on later entries.

* There was an implosion in Third Life (the guild) that created the need to move most 70s to other guilds. The implosion occurred when the guild lost several of their founding members. The guild came to a halt that did not help the existing high-level players so the overall decision was to take high level players to another guild. Most of us are now part of Royal Regiment.

* I finally succumbed to the pressure of my friend Zaisho and transfered Ayeela to his server (Thrall) to play with him from time to time.

* Dread has begun tanking heroics instances. I find the task very challenging and fun.

Now that we covered the majot topics I will let them be explained in detail in other posts.

After ditching skinning and after a few tedious weeks collecting flowers all over Azeroth and Outlands, Slimme has finally reached the herbalism pinnacle!

She's now the official farming toon of the family.

With Slimme at 375 herbalism and mining now Dreadmoon as taken the charge of leveling enchanting. From 1 to 300 is the fist goal :-)

It is DISCOVERY time!

First discovery I make, now I can transmute primal earth to primal life. Besides, I got 4 diamonds instead of 1.

Found this quote in the Druid forums today:

"If the tank dies, it's the healer's fault. If the healer dies, it's the tank's fault. If anyone else dies, it's their own damn fault"

""Why can a Warrior manage to uncork and chug a potion in combat wearing plate gauntlets while juggling a sword and shield yet a bearform druid can not. You'd think the bear could just eat the flask."

Merendel - Moonrunner

Dreadmoon is now 70 and as feral as ever.

I am pretty sure that most people know that I leveled Dreadmoon from 1 to 60 as a balance druid, the first chicken in the block.
